Q：How long is the vulnerability feedback time? 

A: After receiving your vulnerability report, SHAREit security team will respond via email within 2 working days. Then we will review the report and give a conclusion within 7 working days. If more information about the vulnerability is needed, we will send a email. For this reason, the review time will be postponed until full information is provided. If a vulnerability is accepted, we will inform the specific amount of reward and collect your personal information for payment by email.

Q: Does SHAREit ignore the vulnerability and then secretly fix it?

A: SHAREit respects every expert's efforts, and we will never secretly fix it. If business department or security team has already found the vulnerability which is just in the fixing process, we will prove it by email. 

Q: How will the rewards be paid and how long is the payment time?

Q: How to provide my payment information.

A: The payment information can be provided by email, including Beneficiary Name、Account Number、SWIFT Code. Please provide correct information, otherwise the payment might be postponed. We promise that all information is only used for reward payment purpose, and the security level is the same as SHAREit customers PII.
